The African Company for Investment and Management of Enterprises (SAIGE) has entered into a partnership with Stolt-Nielsen, a Norwegian group active in the transport and logistics sectors of petroleum products.

The objective of this partnership is to conquer West and Central Africa through investments in infrastructure and the transport of petroleum products.

"We are pleased to confirm our interest in forming a representative partnership with SAIGE SAS based in Togo, across UEMOA and the Central African Republic with reference to the handling of our iso tank equipment. SAIGE SAS will thus be able to seize all the commercial opportunities linked to the activities of Stolt Tank Containers in the management of our equipment ”, indicates a press release.

In this agreement, the Norwegian giant will work to attract investors to these two parts of the continent.

Stolt-Nielsen, founded in 1959, is an aquaculture and various maritime business, with executive offices based in London and Rotterdam. Its management is ensured by Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen (CEO) and Jacob Stolt-Nielsen (Chairman).
